Why we exist
Construction sites need toilets fast. A project manager calls us on Monday for Wednesday delivery and we show up. We've learned what Clearwater crews actually need: reliable pickup, honest pricing and someone who answers the phone. Unlike national chains with call centers in other states, Clearwater Porta Pros operates locally. We know the neighborhoods from Greenbriar to Pinellas Park, we understand seasonal swings in job volume, and we've pumped thousands of holding tanks. When you rent from us, you're talking to the person who services your unit, not a ticket number three states away.
Events need restrooms that work. A wedding, festival or corporate gathering puts 200 people in a field with no plumbing. Restroom trailer rental covers that gap with hot water, flushing toilets and sinks that feel less like camping and more like a real bathroom. Under OSHA 1926.51(c), a construction site with 20 workers or fewer needs at least one toilet facility. That's the baseline. Most of our customers need more because they know that better restrooms mean happier crews and fewer complaints.
Septic emergencies don't wait for business hours. A backed-up tank on Saturday at 2 p.m. isn't something you can schedule for Tuesday. Clearwater Porta Pros responds to emergency septic service calls because we know a residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, and when that schedule breaks, it breaks hard. We pump grease traps, holding tanks and full septic systems.
What we rent
Standard portable toilets run about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stand roughly 92 inches tall, with a 60 to 70 gallon holding tank. That size fits nearly every job. Standard porta potty rental costs anywhere from $100 to $350 per day depending on rental length and service frequency, because a one-day event rental carries more overhead than a 12-week construction job.
Deluxe flushable porta potty models offer flushing toilets and sinks, useful for upscale events or customer-facing sites. ADA accessible porta potty units meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires that where single-user portable toilet units are clustered, at least 5 percent and never fewer than one unit must be accessible. We keep these in stock because the law requires them and because Clearwater hosts events that draw diverse crowds.
Restroom trailer rental brings climate control, hot water and the comfort level that keeps people happy for events lasting days or weeks. Roll-off dumpster rental handles construction debris, remodels and cleanouts. A roll-off delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we confirm your site before we send the truck. Storage container rental and temporary fence rental round out the lineup for jobs that need more than a toilet.

How we work
You call or email and describe the job: site address, number of people, how long you need the unit, whether the site is accessible. We quote you the same day. Delivery happens on your schedule within Clearwater and nearby towns like Safety Harbor, Dunedin, Oldsmar and Pinellas Park. We service on a regular schedule, pump full tanks without being asked, and pick up when your job ends. How often are porta potties cleaned explains the baseline service interval for your site type. If something breaks, we swap it out. We handle dumpster permit requirements questions so you don't have to navigate that maze alone. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city, and we'll help you determine where the unit can legally sit.

FAQ
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We dispatch same-day in many cases. Call early and describe your emergency. Nights, weekends and holidays carry a premium, but we serve them.
What's the difference between standard and deluxe?
Standard units have a dry toilet and no sink. Deluxe adds a flushing toilet and handwashing sink with soap and water, satisfying the requirement in 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) that washing facilities include soap and towels or a hand drying device.
Can I rent a toilet for just one day?
Yes. One-day and weekend rentals cost more per day than weekly or monthly, but they're available. Short-term rentals help with events, emergencies and temporary needs.
Do you service on weekends?
Yes, though weekend service fees are higher than weekday service. Let us know what day you need coverage and we'll quote accordingly.
How do I know how many toilets I need?
A construction site with 20 workers or fewer requires 1 toilet facility under OSHA 1926.51(c). Larger crews need more. How many porta potties do I need walks through the sizing for your crew or event.
